No refunds.

You purchase a place on a selected floor in whole US dollars. The place is written after a signed Stripe webhook confirms payment. It remains until a higher amount is written or until the listing is removed under the rules or acceptable use.

A change of mind, limited movement on a floor, or a move below a higher paid place does not create a refund. We do not sell a guaranteed number of clicks, leads, or sales. You may raise your own listing by paying only the difference.

The public place is the service purchased. It is delivered when the paid listing is written. Allowing a completed place to be used and later reversed would compromise the integrity of the board for every participant. The final-sale condition is therefore disclosed before payment.

Elite Marketing Society is the seller. Stripe processes the charge. Receipts come from Stripe. See Stripe’s legal pages.

If Stripe completes a charge but no place is written, or if a conflicting payment cannot receive the place it purchased, that charge is not treated as a completed sale. A place that was properly delivered is not unwound. If Stripe reverses a charge, we may remove the listing funded by it.

If we take a listing down because it broke acceptable use or the law, there is still no refund.
