Elite Marketing Society

Contract

Terms of service.

Effective 24 August 2026.

By using Elite Marketing Society, you agree to these terms, the rules, acceptable use policy, refund policy, and privacy policy. Stripe processes payments under its own terms. Elite Marketing Society sells the public place.

The service

Elite Marketing Society is a public board of paid places. You pay in US dollars to claim a place on a floor. That place remains until a higher amount is written. Amount and time are the only ranking signals. We do not promise traffic, search placement, sales, or the continued availability of any external destination.

The rules are part of this contract. They define minimums, raises, floors, ordering, and what may be listed.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to pay. You must have the right to list the site, company, app, role, person, or account you submit. If you list for someone else, you warrant you are allowed to do so.

Payment and delivery

Your payment is an offer to purchase the selected place on the selected floor. Elite Marketing Society is the seller. A tenth of all the profit is donated to poor people. Stripe processes card and PayPal payments through hosted Checkout. The place is written only after a signed Stripe webhook confirms payment.

Stripe’s legal terms govern payment processing. These Elite Marketing Society terms govern the place you receive. Checkout reserves the selected place while payment is in progress. If two completed payments would otherwise claim the same place, the later conflicting payment is refunded.

Founder marketing gifts

The marketing support described on the About page is a separate founder service. The first three eligible places are determined by the public order of the main Board at 23:59 CEST on 30 September 2026. The participant funds all advertising spend. Campaign scope, the meaning of any percentage arrangement, access, compliance, and commercial terms must be agreed in writing before work begins.

Marketing support does not guarantee traffic, revenue, profit, or any other result. Bespoke support for substantial investments and complimentary promotion for selected projects depend on product fit, lawful advertising, and founder capacity. These gifts do not change the order of the board, cannot be exchanged for cash, and do not alter the refund policy.

Your listing

You grant Elite Marketing Society a licence to show the listing, destinations, marks, and article body on the board, proof pages, history, search, RSS, and the badge for as long as the row exists. You keep whatever rights you had in the underlying site or work. You are responsible for the destinations you attach and for any claim that follows from them.

Moderation

We may refuse, hide, or remove a listing that breaks acceptable use, the rules, the law, or these terms. We may do that without a refund except as the refund policy requires.

The order cannot be gamed

Clicks, visits, shares, and the badge do not change the order. Only a higher paid amount on that floor can do so. Manipulating traffic records cannot purchase a place.

Availability

The board may experience interruptions, move to another host, or change its catalogue of floors. We take reasonable steps to preserve paid places. We are not responsible for lost attention or for an external destination that becomes unavailable.

Limitation

To the fullest extent the law allows, Elite Marketing Society is provided as a public price board without warranties of merchantability, fitness, or uninterrupted service. Our liability to you is limited to the amount paid for the affected place, except where applicable law does not permit that limitation.

Law

If a court must decide a dispute about the board itself, it will use the law of the operator’s home forum unless a mandatory consumer law says otherwise. Payment-processing disputes follow Stripe’s terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the version governing new use and new payments. A place already paid for remains subject to the rules published when it was purchased, unless applicable law requires a change.
